SHIPPING + RETURNS

Shipping

Currently all items are shipped via FEDEX. We absorb a majority of the shipping charge and only charge customers a potion of the rate that you see below so that we can keep shipping cost for our customers low.

Rush shipping can be arranged, but please contact kathryn@colorescollective.com to request.

Jewelry & Caftan Rate: $5 flat rate
Bag Rate: $10
Rush charge + Regular Shipping $25
Overnight: Please contact for price estimate

Returns + Exchanges

Bags: All bags are final sale. No refunds or exchanges due to the custom nature of the items as well as the high cost of shipping large boxes.

Caftans & Jewlery: Exchange or full refund are offered for 7 days after delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

All shipments are made with no signature required. If you would like for signature to be required, please ask and we would be happy to do so. We are NOT responsible for any theft or damage during shipping but we will assist with resolving any issues with FedEx.
